Wilko Johnson has discussed his incredible recovery from terminal pancreatic cancer on BBC radio.

In 2013 the Dr. Feelgood guitarist was told he had ten months to live and was at peace with his diagnosis before setting out to create his final album with The Who's Roger Daltrey.

Johnson was put under 10 or 11 hours of surgery at Addenbrooke's hospital in Cambridge, UK to operate on the tumour which weighed three kilos.

The guitarist has since been told he is cancer-free and has been gaining his strength and weight following this miraculous procedure.
